Meeting Rooms NPO & NGO

We are pleased to announce that ECTRIMS is once again proposing a special offer for meeting room rental during the congress to Non-Profit Organisations (NPO) and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO).

This provides the opportunity to hold smaller meetings at the congress venue for a reduced fee.

Meeting room facilities
This offer is exclusively for Non-Profit Organisations (NPO) and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO).
Meeting rooms are located within the RAI Amsterdam.

Wednesday, 26 October 2022
08.00-11.00h / 12.30-15.30h / 16.00-19.00h

Thursday, 27 October 2022 – Friday, 28 October 2022
08.00-11.00h / 12.00-15.00h / 16.00-19.00h

Please note that the allocation of meeting rooms will be done on a first come, first served basis.
Offers will be sent out as of end July.

Set-up styles
Meetings for up to 16 persons will be set up in U-Shape seating.

Technical equipment
A video projector and screen are included in the room. Additional installations will be available for rent but will be charged additionally. Please indicate your technical requirements with your meeting room request.

Catering
Catering orders can be done directly with the catering service. Contact details will be indicated on the confirmation.
Please note that catering can only be ordered AFTER you have received your room booking confirmation.

Cost
A small room fee is required for these meeting rooms.
Meeting rooms for up to 16 persons: EUR 100.00
The fee includes room rental, set-up, and basic technical equipment as listed above.
