Meeting Rooms

The organiser of ECTRIMS 2022 is offering various meeting rooms during the congress at the RAI Amsterdam.

The official sale of the meeting rooms is now open. Please fill in the meeting room request form to send us your requirements. You will then be contacted in due time with a detailed offer.

By then also further information about the rules and regulations, access times, costs, technical equipment, catering, etc. will be available on this website.

Rules and Regulations

The following rules and regulations apply for any meeting planned during ECTRIMS 2022:

Access Times:

The official opening hours for the meeting rooms are between 08.00 – 20.00h. If you require access to your meeting room before 08.00 or after 20.00, please contact the Congress Secretariat, meetingroom.ectrims@congrex.com.

Restrictions to the type and size of meetings:

During the official congress days, the meeting rooms can only be used for company internal meetings or meetings which are “on invitation only”. During the official scientific programme, all meetings are restricted to a maximum of 50 persons.

Meetings with more than 50 persons are only possible outside the official programme between following hours:

This rule does not apply to the pre-congress days, Monday, 24 October 2022 and Tuesday, 25 October 2022.

All meetings must be approved by the Congress Secretariat (Congrex Switzerland Ltd). This applies to meetings held in the congress venue as well as any other venue within the host city. In particular, company sponsored symposia which are open to all participants are not allowed; with the exception of the official “Satellite Symposia” which are part of the congress programme.

Social activities:

No social activities are allowed in parallel to the ECTRIMS 2022 congress hours. Therefore, please foresee to organise the company activity on Wednesday, Thursday and/or Friday evenings outside the following congress hours:
