Important Guidelines for presentations
- Due to current regulations regarding financial transparency, IT IS STRICTLY MANDATORY that you include a disclosure slide at the start of the presentation, even if only to confirm that you have no conflicts of interest to declare.
- Your presentation must be prepared as PPT file in PowerPoint 2010, 2013 or 2016 (MS Windows with .pptx extension).
- Please set the slide size to “16:9 – Widescreen” and landscape orientation. Portrait orientation will not be displayed properly.
Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC)
The Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC) is located on the first floor and signposted accordingly.
All lecture rooms will be equipped with a computer and a data projector (beamer) for PowerPoint presentations only. Presentations must be handed in via memory stick or via your own laptop at the SSC before the lecture.
It is essential for a smooth run of the congress that all speakers hand in their PowerPoint presentations at least two hours before the start of the session. Speakers will have the opportunity to check their presentations on PCs available in the SSC.
Speakers that have used the web-upload to hand in their presentation are requested to visit the SSC to check their presentation.

All accepted posters are available for viewing on ePoster Screens onsite in the ePoster Area and on the digital congress platform.
Therefore we kindly ask you to upload the ePoster version of your poster prior to the conference.
Please note that abstracts accepted as “ePosters only” will be displayed on terminals during the congress. However they will not be presented at a specific session. Poster numbers starting with EP have been accepted as ePoster only.
This year’s ECTRIMS will again have 8 moderated ePoster tours that will highlight the top scored posters.
The poster authors will give a short 3 minute presentation at the ECTRIMS NeuroNetwork followed by a 2 min discussion.
