Registration categories / proof upload

*,** Researchers and Nurses – required proof upload: signed confirmation from your head of department, confirming your current employment status as researcher / nurse (English language)
*** Young Congress Delegate: applicable for colleagues born on / after January 1, 1987; required proof upload: copy of passport / ID
**** The reduced rate is available to all participants of a country designated by the World Bank rating as a low / lower-middle income economy. Please click here to view a list of these countries.

No proof of status is required for participants that register in the category “Congress Delegate”.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent to registration.ectrims@congrex.com.
Participants have the right to cancel the registration within 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement, i.e. from the receipt of our registration invoice email. The right of withdrawal is lost if the participant attends the congress before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
Correction of spelling mistakes or swapping first and last name due to incorrect submission will be charged with € 10.

Third party registrations (“I want to register someone else”)

To register a third-party, please log in or create an ECTRIMS congress account. Do not use someone else’s credentials. After the log in please click on “individual registration” and start the registration process. You will be asked if you would like to register yourself or someone else. Please click on “someone else” and enter the email address of your guest as well as the name and address details and continue with the registration. This way you are the registration owner (contact person), the registration invoice is sent to you exclusively.

Group Registration

In order to proceed with your group registration, please log in / create a profile.
Once logged in, please click on the tab “group registration”. First step is to buy a contingent by selecting the number of required registration tickets per category. You will receive a confirmation / invoice by email.
Payment can either be done by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex) or bank transfer (only offered until 16 October). A different invoice address can be added separately.
Individual participant’s data can be entered under “add participants”. You can either add them one by one or upload the name list.
To upload the name list, please click on “import” and “get template”. Please fill in the excel file, all columns marked with an * are mandatory. You can then “upload” it to import the data.

To register your delegates, the following data is required for every participant:

Email address (please use a valid and unique email address per person)
First and last name
Country
Is the participant qualified to prescribe (yes or no).
Proof of status if the registration category requires it (e.g. Young congress delegate, Researcher or Nurse.

Once the entry of participant data is completed, the registration tickets need to be allocated to the participants (click on “Distribution” to allocate the tickets).

It is possible to purchase registrations without having all group members’ details prior to the early bird deadline. However, by 28 September 2022 at 23h59 CEST, you must enter/ upload your group members’ details and assign all purchased registrations via your group registration account.

Registration confirmations can be sent to your guests in your group account. Please click on “group registration” and “registration confirmations”. The registration team will send no confirmations to your guests.

Free registration for Ukrainian nationals to ECTRIMS 2022

In order to alleviate the hardships experienced by the people of Ukraine and in support of its scientific community, ECTRIMS is providing digital ticket registration free of charge for Ukraine nationals to ECTRIMS 2022. For more information, please send a copy of your passport to registration.ectrims@congrex.com. Further information on how to validate your free registration will be sent to you by email.

Covid-19 Protocol

We are looking forward to welcoming participants from around the world to the ECTRIMS 2022, both online and onsite in Amsterdam.

ECTRIMS is fully committed to a safe and healthy environment at the congress for our participants, exhibitors, contractors and staff. We are constantly following the key updates from the Dutch government, the local authority and the congress venue.

To ensure our community is safe and secure at our event, we have prepared the following guidelines:

In line with government guidance, we do not require participants to pass through COVID-19 status checks at the entry points to the venue. We continue to encourage people to take a lateral flow test before arriving at the venue, but this is not a condition of entry
It is not mandatory to wear face masks. We, however, encourage people to still wear face masks in enclosed or crowded spaces
To minimise queuing and contact during registration, we strongly advise all to pre-register to attend the congress
Please be conscious of the space around you, giving people distance where possible.
Along with the venue, we are conducting a thorough, enhanced cleaning regime of all features and public areas prior to event opening and during the event
Before travelling to the event, we ask everyone to take personal accountability for their health and those around them by adhering to our COVID-19 safety measures. Do not attend if you are displaying symptoms, have been asked to self-isolate, or live with an individual who has symptoms of COVID-19.

Please also check the requirements regularly for your country as these may change and plan your visit to Amsterdam accordingly.
